¡España!
Our most recent staged production was an evening of staged excerpts from operas set in Spain. There are plenty to choose from, ranging from the very well-known to the much more rarely performed - so our show included scenes from The Barber Of Seville, Don Giovanni, Verdi's The Force Of Destiny, Ravel's L'Heure Espagnole, Bernstein's Candide and more, in a fast-moving and varied evening of drama, laughter and Spanish passion - and, of course, wonderful music.
